This is a disaster for any company that is yet to receive their permit, let alone even submit their application.
The Catamarca Court is now ordering companies to submit what will be a cumulative assessment in order to get a project approved i.e what is the overall impact of the dozens of projects already underway, not just the impact of your new project.
This means that Kachi will have to accept & step out the environmental impact of the dozens of other pond projects when they submit their ESIA LOL LOL LOL
Cumulative Assessment = Kachi Approval Timeline will be +3 years IMO
