Paul (taught by Christ specifically for this AGE OF GRACE) teaches that ANYONE who believes in the death, burial and resurrection of Christ WILL BE SAVED and loss is in regards to rewards lost/given at BEMA Judgement Seat of Christ...Many confuse the teachings of the other Apostles and even Christ Himself with what Paul taught and that's exactly how any confusion start...We are in THE AGE OF GRACE, Grace is a free gift and can not be earned, if it can be earned then it is no longer Grace....Does Paul contradict Christ ot the other Apostles ? NO simply because Paul is for 'this age' and Christ, Matthew, John, Luke, Peter, James etc are for past 'ages' and the 'ages' to come....Don't believe it then you ARE rejecting what Christ taught for THE AGE OF GRACE
