A bit more complex than that as Olam will save on capital costs of creating a processing plant also. Additionally with regards to orchards, Olam may value them differently than a raw EPS as they perhaps understand the sunken cost in establishing an orchid.
Key is for one of us on the ground to get their binoculars out climb up a hill and see if Olam have turned a sod to start putting in foundations on their processing plant.
