The Road Forward

Well, whether you were in favour or opposed of the resolutions proposed at yesterdays EGM it is now all water under the bridge. Only 2.9% of all shares were against the resolutions and overall, 96.76% voted in favour of the transaction proceeding. There comes a time and place where no matter your opinion, you just need to understand that in all likelihood, the combined knowledge of the masses is better than yours alone and in this instance, the result was effectively unanimous. Well done to all holders of CSD.

The clouds no longer hang above the head of this company. The lack of transparency in reporting has gone. The company is now ready to follow the yellow brick road and from my understanding, is already well along that path to success and the pot of gold.

I don't give two hoots about the number of shares held by SPI or anyone else. It is now totally irrelevant and I agree with the masses. The base value of 80% of CSD and its assets is now 7c. That is the base. The market may now value the company accordingly, however, the investor has, and so have the voters.

I look forward to a prosperous 2015 and for CSD to achieve at least one thing during this time, profitability. CSD no longer sits with the spec stocks. It no longer parties with those who publish "excellent assays", "phenomenal drill results" etc..... and 9/10 its largely hot air. CSD has the base metal. CSD has the mill. CSD have the staff. CSD has the route to market. CSD has customers. CSD has a large "prospective" tenement holding. CSD has strong management with a wealth of knowledge. CSD has an exploration partner. CSD has a strong and wealthy partner / shareholder. CSD

All the boxes have now been ticked. New boxes have now been created which need to be ticked, but until yesterdat, that could never happen. There is no takeover. Those shares are in escrow anyhow for 2 years, there cannot be a takeover in he short term unless it comes from a 3rd party. If it did, it would be well north of 7c. Is this arbitrage - I know the definition.

I believe congratulations in advance are in order for existing shareholders and those who become new shareholders in the short term.
