IMO - I reckon high 2's or 3 even will be the close.
This is just another excuse for DT's to make a few bucks.
HOWEVER - this ANN really enhances the DFS, giving it some kick. 4 years at a minimum - not forgetting this is a conservative view - is pretty damn good ! Add to that the early payment of investors given the tungsten quality...so chalk up saved interest THERE...and Thor gets better !
I still beleive - IMO - mid June DFS is looking real good !!
