The disrespect shown to ~60% of shareholders is remarkable. ZEN has ~13 contracts for Apex to review. They knew the clients in advance to undertake mine life scenarios. All they need to do in the data room is to review the contract terms and a DCF model.

The Board should have released the updated timetable to the market by now. We can add disrespect for the time value of our money to the charge of them accepting a low ball offer skewed to the benefit of management.
