currently there are 1.4 billion shares.
Another 167 million will be added to the register in Nov when/ (IF) the class b performance shares are awarded.
If a cap raise is done at 10 cents, and takes the registry to 2 billion, then the CR will bring in $43 million.
That might be enough to get through till enough revenue comes in to get to cash flow positive.
