well there is a AGM in Nov.
Ok, lets consider this. But lets assume a CR price of 10 cents...or a SP of 12 cents when the CR is announced as the 10 houses have been completed and everyone is excited about the future.
The question is.
"We want to issue 430 million shares at 10 cents. BW and WB are buying 100 million each. The rest to the sophs.
BTW: if you the share holders don't give approval, we are out of options and the company is bust"
My guess is that most holders would approve.
