Adent remember last AGM , SP got hammered .indoor build happened . No transparency on CAT.
if 10 houses are built at Rosehill waters in Guildford or somethung and sold like any other house then people will get excited and you are correct it will go up and a CR would be wise at this poin tg but if FBR build some walls on a uni gymnasium or some dongas at BKW site or any stunt other than proper houses to standard with full transparency that are sold to ordinary people SP is going backwards to IPO .
