Just because you say incorrect several times doesn't make it be so. You have failed once again to put a dollar value on safety and just have selectively chosen information to suit your story.
They might state they're targeting multi story but that the evidence is that in the short term single storey is their main aim. What % of revenue will housing be? Perhaps its you who should check out their website and see that there is a big fat 0 evidence to suggest housing won't make up at least 90% of their revenue.
