I give a damn about safety ! Not just for my workers well-being , but it also costs me a arm and a leg for insurance cover for my contractors , not to mention every time someone is injured my premiums gets hit up ! Hate to think what the insurance costs would be for 15 or more teams of bricklayer a project builder would employ ? Do you know what the project builders works on ? It’s all about quantity . If a project builder employs HX to build thousands of their first home buyers dwellings the cost saving to the builder is huge ! But this also depends on what FBA will charge the builder as a premium, to how much of a cost savings the builder will make.
