i wouldn't call it unethical at all.
Simply there is more than one way to interpret the wording. That is all.
It is easy to get dissappointed if you expect a lot.
We all expected a 3 bedroom home built outdoors on the slab at sultana rd was required for the class a performance shares. The expectation was our fault, not FBRs, and we were all dissappointed because our expectation was wrong.
We will all know within 3 months how it plays out.
Until then, unless FBR spells out its exact intentions, any interpretation in possible.
