I think FBR has described the road to commercialisation as well as they can at this stage, IMO most investors are waiting for FBR to put some rubber on the road , better things to do with their money till then.Holders are waiting for 10 builds and worthwhile commercial deals and hopefully recover their paper losses.
Trading volume low , as a potential multi bagger , there is no FOMO for those waiting to buy in or buy back in.
