Someone keen can count them if you like. But it isn't possible to tell how high they are stacked so it is all a bit moot.
Me, I'm convinced there isn't a significant difference.

In any case, surely the 10 houses that will be built will not be built with used bricks.
Unless only the 10th "Full Home Structure" is a commercial build on a real site, and the other 9 are merely built, torn down and built again out the back of sultana rd. Looks like in the IPO documents that it could be possible to read it this way.

they may be building 9 at sultana n knocking down may have done some already even. Hence brick pile
then number 10 is something on a BKW site
