No customer is happy to pay for something, what is not 100% secured, or delivered and the add material is not secured yet from PLS site.

Prepaiments are needed due to two reasons :
The company which produce something need money they don't have to fulfill a Contract and the customer need to help to get their products , or the company which produce something is not confident enough with their customer to get paid and want to have a Prepaiment.
