You have no idea what the credits will be(there is also tantalum and niobium credits BTW), or the transport costs; another who pulls figures out from where the sun don't shine. Only after an official scoping study and official PFS from the company will we have those figures. Quoting unofficial, unsubstantiated figures particularly about transport costs from a high profile HC member is very dangerous, as you have a platform to influence.
