Agree solar at the moment from Manono will not be applicable for a hydroxide plant but as Scarpa pointed out it does not have to be at Manono .

certainly will cut down transportation costs long term if hydroxide plant built .

What matters is that it is indeed possible and fits in with Huayou Cobalt supply chain expansion plans.
