By that logic AVZ should do the drilling themselves too.
It is almost always much more economical to let the experts do what they are best at. Yes you pay for the service but a good contract means you are almost guaranteed the service you expect and therefore can build it into your costing model.
Whether it’s maintenance, scaling up or down quickly, employment or training issues etc etc much better that it’s someone else’s problem to solve for you.
You won’t find many if any big companies doing their own haulage.
