The Road to Manono, page-727

I have heard from some one who works in this space that CITIC have confirmed the first stage of an all weather road to Manono will be completed by end of this year and fully sealed by end of 2020. Assuming this information is correct development can go ahead at the Manono site within 6 to 8 months.
Perhaps the biggest question in my mind is "who" will be the owner of the project?? Current management are moving very slowly with the project and IMO must be vulnerable to a company with deep pockets and high ambition.
