Our hydroelectric facilities will be run-of-river, which means that they use only a portion of the water of the rivers they operate and have virtually no reserves. Its power therefore varies according to the flow of the stream. In addition, they modify the hydraulic regime very little and represent a minimal impact on aquatic fauna and flora. Their location near the places of consumption makes it possible to reduce the energy losses incurred during transport, thus facilitating the distribution by electricity networks supported by Hydro Congo's technicians.
