If Tin/Cobalt plays have been mined and sold to the international markets for many years now in the DRC... With the poor power/roads/infrastructure thats slowly gotten better (Which is dramatically getting better now with fast progress) in general then you bet the greatest lithium resources won't be any different... except this time you have even big dollars investing and at stake... With the need of Lithium demand that's not even truly calculatable yet.
