I received a response earlier today from David regarding the road delay and what other activities are currently happening. Response below - make of it what you will.
"Most of the road delay is beyond our control.
Currently waiting for the compression test done by the Shire. After that, we will be required to complete the survey and have the Shire approve it.
Meanwhile proceeding with infrastructure items; the relocated magazine site for example.
Because the magazine is within 500 metres of the pit, there are extra height bunds for protection being built in around the magazines, hence relocating it but still on the leasing.
Also engaging staff.
Underground report also to be completed shortly."
So it would appear that the construction of the road is done but it still requires a few things for final council approval. At least site work is still progressing and the underground feasibility study will be eagerly anticipated.
