I got the whole slow down or wait and see approach but seriously if they wait too long plenty of opportunities will be missed.
This share has the balance sheet and plenty of potential in the ground maybe management is lacking something to make the most of the position and opportunities?
I would be happy to be proven wrong by management being more proactive.
As Buffett said "if you wait for the robins, spring will be over".
