Your probably about the fundamentals of VPG.

Despite this, take a look at the 6 month chart. This stock has gone from around 4c, to a high of around 15c, and is now consolidating around the 12-13c range.

So this stock is up around 200% if you timed things correctly.

You posted "exploding convertible notes allow for an upside from sp recovery but of course there will be massive downward pressure on the sp." You might need to take a closer look at the chart again. I don't see any downward pressure.

The people who have bought this stock at the right time are winners.

I noticed that you don't hold any VPG? You're not one of the winners.
