1. I am sorry for you BUT 2. Trading is a zero sum game...there is a buyer and a seller...a person who profits and one who does not... 3. Each trader takes full responsibility for their losses...no-one likes losing... 4. There is no emotion in trading. The trade is either headed where you expect or your stop-loss takes you out. 5. The market owes us nothing, it has no idea we exist...nothing is personal. 6. Margin lenders, shorters, other traders...they are just noise...they do not know you nor care about their trading impact on you. 7. Take a break. Review your trading plan. TRY AGAIN.
But I know how you feel, but you just have to put your feelings aside and either decide to trade OR not.
