Wow. Gilead paying USD$590 Million for Pionyr and it's 2 lead drugs have yet to even enter the clinic??? WTF???
... and then you read today's story about IMU's CF33 vaccine (link provided by another IMU poster today) and you really scratch your head in bewilderment as to how IMU has a current Market Cap of just AUD$140 million (USD$97 Million).
Biotech stocks are simply not understood or given any weighting/importance in Australia. Vast majority of investors on the ASX are simple folk - stick to miners, banks and retailers. Either they're to ignorant or to risk averse to invest in the long term pursuit of massive potential gains.
And yet a company like Afterpay goes from $3.00 (just 3 years ago) to $62 today????
Guess we'll just have to stay patient and wait for results/announcements to start flowing regarding IMU's 4 different vaccines before the market wakes up to this company's true potential.
