I would be surprised if they did announce a farm in without another well drilled but if they did then all well and good.
I remember posters saying how cheap it was giving 35% away in brasil but the fact was they had to to drill.
As you say its O and G and its a risky business and when your in it as big as KAR is it costs a lot of money.
