Apparently, one of the main problems was the trucking costs(Brett might have mentioned this) thats another thing that needs investigatings. How the tendering process worked, and who was appointed. Someone in the know posted awhile back this was another disgraceful effort and rates were very rewarding. They were very surprised who was appointed the contract.
