i think everyone is being a little conservative here (and why not spec stocks often disappoint)
if you look at gemfields auction of higher quality rubies in 2015 the average price was $600 a carat
even 10% of the 400000 carats would realise $30m and assume the balance are rubbish and give us only$10m.
name a spec mining stock on the market about to realise $40m dollars in cash so soon after the start of mining.
this stock is unique in that we know something is actually going to go into the bank.
