I have not been following all the political posts because it became a bit same old ...same old with posters simply trying to win points for 'their' team. I even attempted to get some constructive input on what sort of policy would create constructive work place agreements/choices but alas no one could be bothered I guess.
It is easier to post anti posts against the government or the opposition isn't it (or political party members).
Easier to sit back and pretend to be a political commentator.
One of the things I instilled in my staff was that it is important to identify problems but you will get great kudos if with also pointing out the problem you offer some choices for solution.
