I happened to notice your bid and think you should ask Commsec where these rules can be found, as I for one would want to see them.
You may also ask them why your bid was rejected when on both Monday and Tuesday this week some sweetheart managed to sell down CUO by 5% on the close. This may well just be the market in action, but it looks suspicious when 400,000 are bid $0.01 higher than the field just as an ask of 450,000 at $0.01 lower appears.
