It's been going up on slightly rising volume and range expansion over the last week. Technically a positive sign. I would be expecting positive news in the next day or 2, this looks like leaking good information. Is it deliberate or not only the news will tell.
Certainly a good sign for holders overall, can't ignore the reality of what the market is saying.
