Good post. Does that take into account the 133mil/3=44mil that they are entitled to under the rights deal?
I couldnt quite follow that 101.8mil figure.
Either way it would be the number 1 holder, and hard to over come 25% votes. Then as mljet says they will tighten the register further, especially if AIMS listing.
Then as GO points out future funding is likely, so they certainly have control by voting power and 2 directors with more potential power to come.
Interesting times ahead.
