but at times the financials look ok..
but if the board of that company did decide to clean up the holders??
i do believe in any companies listed,, the board and insiders know exactly the fate of the company??
no butt about i can prove it many times
it is most of time legal insiders trading??
ASIC is to naive,, they just apply the corporates laws which in turn are crooked??
