The past history is the past history. Most investers care about now and tomorrow.
To the rose-glasses wearing do-gooders who are not here to make money and seem to have all the time in the world to be patient - why don't you simply sell your shares this afternoon and donate the profit to PRR.
The directors are accountable for their announcements and should be more transparent.
