yea thats true but thats everywhere in this end of town not just here,,must admit l am trying to justify to myself to buy some but l cant honestly find the damn reason with no new blood,visions etc etc,,all l will take out of this situation is a good loss with a great lesson,,will go down with the ship at these prices just in case something eventuates later on the track with a much different vision,,
