Matt is a straight shooter and a very high quality MD. I think it will be hard to replace him anyway - but - with the APAC stranglehold on this stock its going nowhere and I don't think there is a straight shooter in the country brave enough to replace him. APAC will drain the oxygen (and the cash in buddies fees) from this stock and eventually merge it with TAM for cents in a dollar. I am a very disappointed holder and believer in the ground waiting for a small opportunity to exit.
