SO SB the more recent PAJA must be a ARM PAJA about the.... 2008 agreement?
How many times can you PAJA on the one topic? and isnt there a 12 month limit? and a time frame in which to finalise PAJA? so the 2008 disputed agreement....ie as media reports state Arm made no agreements with no-one etc....should have been concluded some time ago... So a fresh PAJA re mining rights shouldnt be able to bring up anything about the prospecting 2006 awarding OR the 2008 agreement.....and should have completely fresh grievances....IMO.
IE could be why arm state 'portions" of three....so why give a whole farm just now?
