I think the likes of FAR have a lot of their work done by outside contractors or specialists in the various fields , in the case of SNE the operator does the work on the JV's behalf and the same would apply with SAMO if developed...there is no excuse for lack of staff getting in the road of adding value, and thats their job, you just take on more staff if needed ..

In the end FAR will only do what's financially possible with the assets they have, but with an eye on the long term not the short term IMO ...regardless of of CR's or anything else , if SAMO comes in the share price will be higher and punters can make their decisions to hold or fold from that point...
