Agreed on your points, however if we get Atari now and are fortunate or clever enough to announce Square Enix as a Sandbox partner during a larger parcel Land sale then you could assume the bang might be a little bigger for the Company with a larger quantity of Land presale...

ps Atari is releasing a retro gaming console soon and have licensed their name to a group that will build Atari themed gaming style hotel resort in major metropolitan markets!

This entire process takes time and am hopeful the partnerships they have made will bear fruit for all willing to take or have taken the investment risk especially in today’s current environment.
