Yeah the total volume is based on land sales and they still have 50% unsold that should all sell out within 2021 so we can assume north of 70m in land sales alone. It is a self funded ecosystem from a very early stage.

The proceeds will go into paying overheads and further developments of the game. This will likely hit positive cash flow shortly after launch is my guess and just become a cash cow.
