Its pleasing that TSB are circulating some performance stats, which Animoca refuse to do (presumably because all of their in-house games have been relative failures).

Don't be fooled by the growth trajectories. They are using cumulative data so the growth in the charts is always going to look impressive. For example, as they are releasing more land over time it is patently obvious that there will be more land owners. How many land owners building experiences would be a very useful metric. If 90% are vacant lots, then it doesn't matter if land owners have increased by 100,000%.

Accounts - Rate of growth is the key metric. One would expect new account sign-ups to accelerate month-on-month as we get closer to launch and then enter a rapid growth phase post-launch. Once the game is live, active users will be much more relevant than account sign-ups. How many sign-ups will convert to active users? Can users be retained over time? how many hrs per week will they spend in TSB? Answers to these questions will be good indicators of TSB success.

Total Sales - $45m in Sep. I presume this is cumulative? What sales is it even referring to: NFTs, land, sand? Monthly sales that differentiates between primary and secondary markets is a more meaningful metric, that way you can judge growth and the rate of growth. Primary sales are also more lucrative for TSB/Animoca.

Estate - I agree crem, the info is not every useful. As the price of sand fluctuates, it doesn't tell us how much $ TSB has banked. Even then, for the info to be useful for us investors, we would need to know how much Animoca gets.

It is still almost impossible to assess what % of total TSB sales translates to Animoca income.
