Weren't you holding @ $2.70 ?
As a long suffering shareholder relieved to be at last feeling the market rated us then, only to see value shredded by some pretty below par management, and the negative 'word on the street' amongst Brokers regarding said management, I'm with @stevo , who says, "I honestly don’t know how you could be happy with the boards performance,...".
You say this'll distract management.That would suggest we assume they're focussed right?
Take a moment to read the room winglo, with respect I'd say a sizeable percentage of shareholders are far from pleased with the Board's recent focus.
