Made the acquisition with oil at 80 barrel and on the way down smart operators that are aligned with shareholders would have made them during 2020. And there we have the rub.
They. (Stan) haven't ruled out working with management that I can see and if they are voting they must be shareholders? Seems they merely want the board to remain true to their stated objectives... And look after their shareholders.
So far we've had no dividends, but a cap raise and poor acquisition to date with oil over 80 per barrel and management got their bonus, on what planet does that not suck for regular shareholders....?
I'd like to hear from some unhappy hzn holders.... But not holding my breath.
I'm all for a little shake up...
