Sorry I thought for a second we were discussing the boards performance and whether it is or isn't aligned with ordinary shareholders best interests?
If you want to discuss when people bought in and their being poor investors for not foreseeing the cap raise and poor acquisition, over it being a poor decision taken by a mal-incentivised bod Imo.
I'd suggest thats best done by starting another thread rather than trying to derail this one with an argument with a man made from straw. Surely investors regardless of when they bought in want a bod that is aligned with themselves?
