So growth is one of the forms of shareholder returns, not exclusive to dividends.
A non value accretive acquisition is of no use to holders, only management if they are incentivised/rewarded to make one regardless of it being a lemon.
I bought in around this level, and missed my sell by a whisker, I haven't laid that at management door.
But the Sp is right back here again due the needless cap raise imo on an under performing asset, that was massively overpaid for also Imo.
