Sandon may not get to the table?, yet it may prompt some self-refection that Directors & Management are there to take Shareholders along for the journey!
I'd prefer KAR to have some liaison with Sandon, nothing like getting free advice from a party that has a vested interest!?
Sandon have been of benefit to others in the past when listened to!
