Simple fact is both Hopper and Baker failed to get this deal across the line.
So who was to blame Hopper, Baker or ASX.
For all the praise or faith people put into Hopper what has he actually delivered, he made 2 core promises, to improve shareholder communications and to improve shareholders confidence.
On both fronts he has also failed, his total disregard of actually telling shareholders what is going on with deals like Teva, cannabis, zolpimist tells you he doesn't give a hoot about shareholders.
