Anybody who has faith in the ASX is forgivably naive

They are a fiefdom and answerable only to themselves. You want to sue them? Good luck with that - they don't need to justify anything - they make the rules.

Those wanting the ASX to save SUDA in the darker days made me laugh. How many times did they say oh the ASX should do this - the ASX should do that. You might have been one of those Buckland, but I can't really remember.

Well, now you know what the ASX "doing something" looks like

They did give the acquisition the nod and I believe it was in writing

For any criticisms at all of the damage various individuals and decisions have visited upon SUDA, in my opinion ASX's back-flip on the City of Hope licence takes the chocolates - and by a margin
