Labor condemned Education Minister Simon Birmingham for saying that some private schools may be over-funded and some may be worse off as a result of government changes.
Shadow education minister Tanya Plibersek said the comments suggest Mr Birmingham has a secret "hit list", and is looking to cut school funding – comments the government has labelled a Labor "schools-scare".
